Since I have a team based practice, it’s only right that I introduce you to the team. But maybe you are wondering what does team-based mean? For years I dreamt about making large scale work. Now that I live in Mexico, I can afford collaborating with a team to make my art visions come true. Everyone that you read about handles several aspects of creating my work. I feel grateful that I have been able to assemble a lovely group of hard-working and fun-loving people.

Liliana is Deborah’s new intern. She is interested in learning the ins and outs of being a full time working artist whether that’s social media outreach, sewing in the studio or video editing, she wants to know how everything fits together. The most exciting part of 360 Xochi Quetzal for her is to be surrounded by fascinating, warm, creative and motivated minds from all walks of life.
