The 360 XOCHI QUETZAL Artist and Writer’s Residency Program was established in 2012 and is located on Lake Chapala, Mexico where the perfect year-round climate and stunning lake and mountain views have long established the region as an international artist mecca. We offer a personal residency program for artists and writers who want to come for 1 – 6 months to focus on their work. The program aims to serve creatives who would benefit from having uninterrupted time to devote to their creativity without the stress and distractions of daily life.

Chapala is located 25 minutes from Guadalajara International Airport and 50 minutes from Guadalajara, one of the largest cities in Mexico boasting abundant cultural resources: museums, galleries, theatre and artist supplies.
