In this triangle series, the pieces have textured surfaces using oilstick. This piece is a precursor to the Remnants series because I saved clippings from other pieces and used them as a fringe around the bottom of the piece. I cut off my braid extensions and used them in the piece along with stitching with waxed linen thread.
